Based in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, Renovation Connect LLC is an independent residential renovation consulting firm designed to simplify the exterior home-improvement process for homeowners. Rather than requiring homeowners to sit through multiple, lengthy contractor sales presentations, Renovation Connect conducts one comprehensive needs assessment, develops a standardized project scope, solicits competitive bids from a curated network of vetted contractors, then presents the homeowner with the strongest options based on price, materials, reputation, availability, and project requirements.

By acting as an independent intermediary, Renovation Connect helps homeowners save time, compare qualified contractors more efficiently, and make informed renovation decisions without paying a consultation fee and without the high pressure sales tactics that are typical of the industry.  Our aim is to make the contractor selection process easier and the overall experience of doing home renovations more enjoyable. We love helping people!
